The Communications Team provides relevant staff with access to our team Canva account for basic design needs. All designs outside the scope of professional software should be done via Canva.
Programs like Google Docs, Microsoft Word, etc. are not recommended to make flyers, handouts, postcards, etc. Since these are word processing software programs, it was not created to adequately handle design-related needs. Canva, professional software or our out-sourced graphic designer fill this void.
